Dwayne is the primary pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, North Carolina. Additionally, he is a part of the Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online articles and is a co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) His wife Leslie has three children.
